Back to School Laptop Winner

Today Digicel is presenting its 2^nd Laptop Winner in the companies Back to School Promotion. The lucky winner, Kiapeli Faalogo is from Siumu and purchased his top up card from a store in Tauese (next to the Police Station) as Kiapeli is a Police Officer for the Ministry of Police.
